As the Head Coach for the Rutgers Western Equestrian Team I am honored and privileged to hold this role in guiding these young adults through their college career in the IHSA (Interscholastic Horse Show Association). It has been motivating and rewarding on many levels to see them go on to post season competition as well as receiving High Point rider awards.
